If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the Website or Service and leave immediately. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website and carbon offset service hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.

Mobile Offset works from mobiles registered in the UK only. Mobile Offset will offset your required level of carbon (as indicated). Your money will be placed into a fund, that is then used on a quarterly basis to offset your carbon emissions. See our FAQ page for details of how we distribute our fund.
We will try to complete your transaction as soon as possible, please allow 24 hours in case you network is undergoing a high amount of traffic. However, sometimes this may be affected by factors we cannot control, such as, interruptions to our services due to faults in networks or third party suppliers and we will not be liable for any delay caused by them. You will be informed via text message to your number if your offset was successful. If you do not receive a confirmation message, you have not been charged.
Refunds
Customer have the right to a refund within 7 working days after the effective date of the agreement ("WITHDRAWAL PERIOD"). To withdraw from the agreement within the withdrawal period, send a termination notification via email to info@mobileoffset.com or via post to Verde Media Limited. 145-157 St Johns Street, EC1V 4PY. The communication must clearly state your name, address and mobile phone number, and be postmarked within the withdrawal period. Refunds will be made via cheque and paid at the end of each calendar month. Your carbon offset package will not be completed on request of a refund.

Mobile Offset Phone Recycling Service
We will recycle or find an alternative use for your old mobile phone. This is a free service. For every working phone and charger we receive, Mobile Offset will offset 500Kg of C02. If the phone is faulty or damaged (other than minor cosmetic) or not complete with a working mains charger, 100Kg of CO2 will be offset. CO2 offset will be done every quarter, and details of which will be published in our newsletter and annual accounts.
We will delete all personal data off phones upon receipt including numbers, addresses and picture although you are encouraged to remove this data before sending your phone. We cannot return any phones, accessories or data once sent to us. DO NOT send us your SIM card.
Upon receipt of your phone, we will provide you with a certificate showing how your carbon offset.

Mobile Offset Packages for Car Driver
Mobile Offset will offset your required level of carbon (as indicated). Your money will be placed into a fund, that is then used on a quarterly basis to offset your carbon emissions.
Mobile Offset will provide you with a certificate showing your contribution. We will email you each quarter with details of which project(s) you funds have been invested. To unsubscribe to these emails, please reply to the email with "unsubscribe" in the heading.
Refunds
Customer have the right to a refund within 7 working days after the effective date of the agreement. Refund claims must be made by email to info@mobileoffset.com or via post to Verde Media Limited. 145-157 St Johns Street, EC1V 4PY. The communication must clearly state your name, address and package purchased, and be postmarked within the withdrawal period. Your carbon offset package will not be completed on request of a refund.
